This refurbishment and extension project involves a significant upgrade to the Glenbank Mansion to be used as a Community Day Centre, improved living quarters for residents in the Mornington and Red Hill units and improvements to outdoor areas.

Designed by Clarke Hopkins Clarke the project is the second of three stages planned to bring facilities up to modern day standards.
