Lifeview engaged FOURSQ to complete a 56 bed addition to the existing Lifeview residential Aged Care facility, bringing the total of bed number up to 120. The design focuses on replicating the original building fabric of single story red brick veneer, whilst updating interiors and bed-sets to modern day standard.

FOURSQ’s expertise in working in live environments ensured a seamless transition from new to old, as the project involves several interfaces with the existing facility. Also included in this project was extensive external civil construction, requiring careful interfacing with authority assets.
