Function Centre Expansion

The project involved increasing the centre’s capacity from 250 to 620 seats by adding a 2nd level to the existing building.

Additions included a new kitchen, bar, toilets, stores, greenroom, terrace and coaches box.

Challenges of the project were the windy waterside location and the client’s requirement that the existing bar/gaming room remain operational.

Project value $3M.
