The Luton Lane development in Hawthorn Vic for BMF Construction is 1056m2 of ground floor retail with 43 apartments above. Completed in two stages with the use of a tower crane the project required careful management for access and safety within a busy area surrounded by established business and existing residents.

Designed by Simon Stokes Architect the project materials include precast concrete panels, designer timber screens & lush architectural painted finishes. The roof top cinema was an especially particular design and desire element.
