Each dwelling offers approx. 200m2 of internal living space, beautiful courtyards, double car garage in basement with direct access to the dwelling and private lifts that access all 3 levels of the townhouses.

This project is particularly interesting as FOURSQ took on the project after another builder had completed the basement, but was unable to continue due to insolvency. FOURSQ has taken on the project as Design and Construct builder, and we look forward to delivering a great outcome for our client.
