The façade includes a large curtain glass wall with elements of precast and alucobond. The building is neighbouring Essendon Airport and the exclusive Business District of Essendon Fields. A major variation to the project included the late inclusion of a 2,000m2 multi-deck carpark on an adjacent lot.
