10 storey, 3,500m2 Office Building Façade Upgrade.

This facade upgrade to an existing eight level, 33 metre high, 3,500m2 office building was conducted whilst it remained
occupied by the existing tenants, requiring careful programming.

Challenges included asbestos removal, minimising disruption to the building tenants, and ensuring council permits were in
order.
