This design and construct project involved the transformation of a warehouse space into a cutting-edge office facilit. 

Project features included: restoration of the existing façade and the creation of new door and window openings;

a huge glass skylight fitted into the existing roof; a new glass lift well; removal of a former telecommunications tower; a complex IT cable backbone to support I.T automation and other client specific needs; and,  large city view roof top terrace.
