Conversion of an old Target store into a new mall, a Coles Supermarket, 17 specialties and 3 kiosks.
External façade, multiple entries and centre branding were all upgraded, and existing building services, systems and the building envelope were upgraded to comply with current BCA and Section J requirements.
FOURSQ worked closely with Pacific Group and key consultants during design to ensure ongoing tenants continued to trade through construction.
