The Sanctuary Lakes Shopping centre extension in Point Cook required an additional 2,000m2 over two-levels for new eateries, offices and medical rooms.

Designed by Architecture HQ extensive inground service relocations and upgrades required careful management to maintain, protect and safely relocate networks without damage.
