Wellington Secondary College at 91 Police Rd Mulgrave is a school upgrade for the Victorian Schools Building Authority. A new two-level building over 1,800m2 the Clarke Hopkins Clarke design required us to construct a sustainable building incorporating hard wearing finish materials to cope with the battering only small children can deliver. 

An automatic window system was installed to maximise cross ventilation and air flow to purge heat gained throughout hot Melbourne summer days throughout the cooler evenings.
